Collaboration Submission Terms

By submitting a collaboration request to myNFTe (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“you,” “Brand,” “Organization”) agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License to Brand Assets

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any logos, trademarks, images, names, or other brand materials (“Brand Assets”). You grant myNFTe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the Brand Assets solely for purposes of:

• Evaluating your collaboration request

• Creating product mockups and design concepts

• Setting up and operating an online storefront

• Marketing, promotional, and portfolio use related to myNFTe services (including website and social media)

2. Created Materials

You grant myNFTe permission to display and share any mockups, product images, or designs created by myNFTe using the Brand Assets (“Created Materials”) for the same purposes listed above.

3. Ownership

All ownership of Brand Assets remains with you. All original designs, mockups, and materials created by myNFTe remain the property of myNFTe unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

4. No Guarantee of Partnership

Submission of a collaboration request does not guarantee approval, production, or launch of merchandise, nor does it create a partnership, joint venture, or endorsement relationship.

5. Removal Requests

You may request removal of Brand Assets or Created Materials from public-facing marketing channels by contacting support@mynfte.com. Removal requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe but do not affect past use or completed sales.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myNFTe from any claims arising from Brand Assets you submit without proper rights or authorization.
